Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Done a beautiful Pound Cake the other day. Though it looks very smooth and pretty, the inside is not that inviting colour. Is some what like a yellow greyish kind of look. But, before judging the outlook, the taste is fantastic. This is recipe is shared by my sis. Hope you guys love it.

Scones with WHIPPED CREAM & STRAWBERRY JAM.....

Scones with whipped cream & strawberry jam
Finally the scone is a success. I was quite worried at the beginning because the surface felt hard, but after a bite, it was heavenly soft. The taste was a bit blend, so I will suggest viewer to add a little bit more butter and milk, approximately, extra 20g butter and 1/4 cup milk. (I only used 1 cup of milk) Not sure after adding the extra will actually taste better or making the scone super soft! Therefore, try at your own risk!

Bread Pudding

Bread Pudding
I always love something milky and vanilla, so I've decided to make something that I always wanted to try, BREAD PUDDING.  It is a fairly simply recipe and it tastes superbly delicious. Try it with ice-cream topping or like me, I used condensed milk. Or you can even try some other sauce recipe to substitute the topping. Here is the recipe that I found it in internet ," BREAD PUDDING ". I love this website because it has feedback from user to modify the recipe to suit everyone taste.
