Scones with whipped cream & strawberry jam

Finally the scone is a success. I was quite worried at the beginning because the surface felt hard, but after a bite, it was heavenly soft. The taste was a bit blend, so I will suggest viewer to add a little bit more butter and milk, approximately, extra 20g butter and 1/4 cup milk. (I only used 1 cup of milk) Not sure after adding the extra will actually taste better or making the scone super soft! Therefore, try at your own risk! ☺
